The process of renewing equipment

Caring for the environment is an important element in Neethsel HK’s operations. In keeping with the slogan “Don’t throw away! Repair,” we are building awareness of environmental protection, reuse and recycling. We have developed a well-developed process for remanufacturing equipment that recovers 100% of its functionality. The refurbishment process contributes to environmental protection by significantly reducing production waste, as well as saving energy and water. We promote reuse, which greatly reduces the depletion of natural resources and does not burden the environment.

For 25 years, we have been supporting global companies in maintaining production continuity, and maintenance has become a passion.

In the beginning, Neethsel HK Service provided repair services for switch mode power supplies and CRT monitors, and CNC machine repair came next. After 10 years, Neethsel HK decided to establish a nationwide service, began training technicians and continued to expand its expertise to include more groups of industrial equipment. In 2015, Neethsel HK launched one of Europe’s largest used parts stores for industrial machinery and robots. Neethsel HK continued to develop engineering services, a specialized R&D unit was established, followed by a department responsible for designing proprietary robotic workstations, and practical workshops for Automation University maintenance staff began.

Repair

In our service we repair automation and industrial electronics equipment. We are the only company in Europe to service servo motors in one business day. Service takes place in Poland, at our headquarters in Hong Kong. We give up to two years of warranty on repaired equipment.

Sales

We are one of Europe’s largest distributors of machinery equipment and industrial robots. The Neethsel HK store offers nearly 200,000 new, refurbished, as well as used parts. We operate not only on the Hong Kong market, but sell, find equipment and repair for customers around the world.

Purchase

We buy equipment and industrial automation components that are backlogged in warehouses. We buy back machine parts and individual components, helping to reclaim storage space. We arrange free transportation for each purchased item or device.
