Express acceptance for implementation
Sudden failures that cause production downtime are a priority for us. We will be ready to receive the device up to 4 hours after receiving the request.
Service costs
Taking advantage of the 24/7 Service involves paying a non-refundable fee of PLN 3,000 net, which is charged for putting the team on-call outside standard business hours.
To the aforementioned amount should be added the cost of the repair service or the price of the purchased device.
How does the repair work from the moment the device is delivered?
A consultant will be waiting for you at the customer service desk to accept the device and complete all the formalities. He will be at your disposal throughout the service work. The equipment will be transferred to the service center, where we will verify its condition and the possibility of repair. You will receive information about the cost of repair and the fastest possible time we need to complete the repair. Upon acceptance of the terms of the offer, we will proceed immediately. If possible, we will make the repair the same day.
Warranty on the device received
Each repaired and purchased equipment is guaranteed for up to 24 months.
